1/3 cup cashews soaked overnight
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup sweet potato purée
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
pinch of sea salt
2 cups almond milk
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
